By accessing or using Chat Genius, operated by Reston Tech Wiz, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

1. Service Description

Chat Genius is an AI-powered chat concierge platform providing automated messaging, knowledge base management, and multi-platform communication via WhatsApp, Telegram, Signal, Email, and API.

2. User Accounts

Valid credentials from an administrator are required.
You are responsible for maintaining credential confidentiality.
Access levels (superuser, admin, user) determine available features.

3. SMS Terms

Program: Chat Genius Account Security (2FA/OTP). No marketing content is sent via SMS. Message frequency varies by account activity. Message and data rates may apply. Opt-out: reply STOP or remove phone number from settings. Help: reply HELP or INFO or email contact@chatgenius.net.

4. Consent to Receive Messages

By providing your phone number, you consent to receive transactional messages, service updates, AI responses, and administrative notifications. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

5. Opt-Out

Reply STOP to any message.
Remove your phone number from settings.
Block the Chat Genius number.
Email contact@chatgenius.net.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: use the platform for unlawful purposes, send spam, access areas beyond permissions, reverse engineer source code, upload malicious files, or impersonate users.

7. AI-Generated Content

AI responses (via Anthropic Claude) are provided "as is" and may not always be accurate. Do not rely on AI for medical, legal, or safety-critical decisions.

8. Intellectual Property

The platform is the property of Reston Tech Wiz. Your uploaded content remains yours.

9. Privacy

Your use is governed by our Privacy Policy.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Chat Genius and Reston Tech Wiz are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia. Disputes shall be resolved in Fairfax County, Virginia courts.
