How fast can we go live before our event?
Most events are live within 2-3 business days once you send agenda + venue + FAQ docs. For last-minute launches we've gone from signed contract to live QR in 24 hours.
What if attendees don't have WhatsApp?
We provision Telegram, SMS (Twilio), Signal and a web-chat widget for the same event, all fed by the same KB. Either print separate QR codes per channel — one for WhatsApp, one for Telegram, etc. — or point the on-site QR at a chooser page that lets the attendee pick their channel. All roads land on the same concierge.
Can we send announcements during the event?
Yes. Broadcast a message to all opted-in attendees — schedule change, weather warning, room switch — and every reply comes back into the same conversation thread so the AI can follow up.
What happens with the KB after the event?
You can archive it, clone it for next year, or keep it live as a permanent knowledge base for your organisation. Pricing pauses for archived instances.
Does it integrate with our ticketing platform?
