Who owns the customer data?
Your client. You're the reseller, not the data controller. We're the processor. DPA is between us and you, then between you and your client. Standard three-party arrangement.
What if I move away from ChatGenius?
Full data export at any time — KB, conversations, contacts — as JSON. No lock-in fees, no punitive termination clauses. 30-day data-retention window post-termination for you to migrate.
Do I need engineering to onboard clients?
No. Same setup flow as our direct customers — upload docs, connect a channel, live. We do it with you the first three times, then you've got the playbook.
