// FOR AGENCIES & RESELLERS
White-label AI for agencies.
Add AI chat to the services you deliver for clients. Shape each concierge around the client's content, brand and support workflow, with commercial terms and deployment scope agreed before launch.
// THE PARTNER PROGRAM
Your client relationships. A shared platform.
An experience that fits the client
Discuss the domains, branding and customer-facing experience each client needs. We confirm the available customization options and setup requirements for the deployment you choose.
A clear commercial model
Build your client service offer around the platform costs and terms in your proposal. Confirm billing, usage limits and pricing responsibilities before quoting a client.
Client projects with defined access
Plan how your agency operators and client teams should access each project. Account structure, permissions and separation controls are reviewed against your deployment requirements.
A plan for platform changes
Review how platform and channel changes are tested and rolled out. Your partner plan should define maintenance responsibilities and how updates reach your client deployments.
A repeatable sales and handoff process
Use client questions and approved product material to build discovery, demo and handoff steps your team can repeat. Confirm which sales and onboarding resources are included in your agency plan.
// YOUR DELIVERY FOUNDATION
The foundation for client delivery.
Branding and domains
Review logos, domains and the operator experience for each client. Agree on what can be customized and where platform or channel requirements still apply.
Client access and separation
Define who can view and manage each client project. Confirm the account structure, permission model and separation controls required for your rollout.
Partner support
Agree on the support channel, escalation route and responsibilities between your agency, the client and our team.
Service levels by agreement
Review uptime commitments, support response and service credits for the chosen deployment. Put the agreed service levels in the partner contract.
Client data and handover
Plan ownership, access and data handling from the start. Confirm the available exports and handover process in the agreements for the deployment.
Billing and usage
Understand platform charges, client-instance costs and usage allowances before packaging your service. Keep your client offer aligned with the terms you have agreed.
// AGENCY FAQ
Before your first client rollout.
How does white-label setup work?
Discuss the customer-facing branding, domain and operator experience you want to deliver. We confirm which elements can be customized for the chosen setup, plus domain requirements, channel limitations and any required notices.
Who owns and can access client data?
Your client's rights to its content and the permitted use of data should be documented in the client and partner agreements. We review access, processing responsibilities and any required data-processing documents for the deployment.
What if a client moves away from ChatGenius?
Plan export and handover before committing. Available data, formats, access windows and deletion timelines depend on the contract and deployment; we confirm the supported migration route with you.
Do we need engineering to onboard clients?
Start with the client's content, channels and handoff rules. Custom domains, integrations or access controls may need technical work; we agree the implementation responsibilities and onboarding support for each project.
What is the minimum commitment?
The published agency offer starts at three active client instances or an equivalent monthly minimum. Final pricing, eligibility and usage allowances are confirmed in your partner proposal.
Can we run a marketplace or directory?
We can review that model with you. Provisioning, account permissions, limits and support responsibilities need to be agreed for the number and type of client deployments you plan to run.
Build the right offer for your clients.
Bring a client use case, your preferred channels and the branding you want to deliver. We'll discuss the setup, commercial model and support responsibilities, then agree on the next steps.
