We were running hotels, events and tour companies that got messages 24/7 — 80% of them the same 20 questions, in six languages, at 3am. Chatbots were useless. Hiring night support was expensive. So we built the concierge we needed. Now it's yours.

The 80/20 of guest messaging

Hotels, events and tour companies live and die on customer questions. 80% of those questions are the same 20 — parking, hours, allergens, check-in, weather — coming in at 3am, in six languages, on WhatsApp and email and SMS at the same time.

What didn't work

Hiring night support was expensive and hard to keep staffed. Off-the-shelf chatbots were useless — they couldn't answer "is your kitchen still open?" without a rigid script for every possible phrasing. Copy-pasting the same FAQ into six inboxes wasn't a plan.

What we wanted

An AI concierge that read the actual menu, spoke the customer's language, and got the answer right on the first try. So we built one — starting with our own venues as the test bed.

One brain, every channel

If customers reach you on six different apps, they should get the same answer from all six. Anything else is a bad UX pretending to be a feature.

Fluent, not scripted

A chatbot that fails on rephrasing is a chatbot that fails. ChatGenius answers questions it's never seen, in languages we didn't specifically train on — it reads your documents like a new employee would.

Your team stays in charge

Auto, Assisted, Manual — you pick how much the AI handles, per instance, per topic, per conversation. When it doesn't know, it hands over cleanly.

Your data is your data

We don't train foundation models on your KB. We don't sell conversation data. We honour deletion + export requests whenever you ask.
